Leadership & Executive coaching
Leaders develop over time and can benefit significantly from ongoing leadership development. People are not born leaders. They are born as babies. Shakespeare wrote as much in As you like it.
The leadership task is becoming ever more demanding. I help clients through personal and leadership coaching to achieve a range of goals: understanding what success looks like, enabling the team to do their best work, prepare for change, stretch to what’s required at the next level and often, working through a personal challenge such as feeling stuck, dealing with imposter syndrome and behaviours associated with leadership derailment.
I have experience in crafting leadership development programmes for organisational clients to help build skills sets that is fit-for-purpose at different levels, in order to remain relevant, competitive and places where talented people want to work.
performance & work behaviour
I work with clients to further develop strengths and address issues that may be holding them back. My approach goes beyond crafting personal development plans. It is essential to find solutions that would bring about behavioural change and address specific challenges and stressors.
Working with a coach is an effective way to change behaviour. The key is to keep it practical, making sure the changes can be implemented and sustained.
career Transitions & Career returners
Careers unfold differently today. Personal journeys differ and so does the world of work. It is also now more than ever up to us to manage our own careers. Whether you are considering a career change or returning to work after a break, there are transferrable skills to your next career, yet a skilful approach is key.
Taking the plunge can be daunting. It helps to work with a partner who can help with taking stock, being pragmatic on ‘What comes next?’, surveying the work landscape, articulating goals, developing an action plan to navigate the change and bolstering confidence. I support individuals who want to change their career direction through a personalised process.
assessment
Getting to know yourself is a life-long process. Similarly self-insight is the first step to behaviour change, especially the kind of change that ‘sticks’.
I help clients to gain enhanced self-awareness on unique aspects of their profiles that underpin behaviour. Gaining insight on aspects such as personality style, values and motives, and problem solving or cognitive style where relevant, can fast track personal development or focus a coaching agenda.
I draw on a range of sound psychological assessment questionnaires and similar techniques suited to the world of work to introduce objectivity and highlight personal strengths and potential development areas. I have extensive experience in leading and delivering assessments as part of selection processes for organisational clients across job levels and industry sectors.

Chemistry is important. I therefore schedule an initial telephone conversation at no cost. This helps me to understand your expectations and, importantly, gives you the opportunity to decide whether the approach can work for you.
